Hong Kong raises its glass to become the universal wine capital.
From 24 to 26 May 2016, the Chinese metropole will host the seventh edition of Vinexpo, the international trade show for wines and spirits that takes place every two years at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Three days in which to learn, experiment and share and get to know wines and spirits from (almost) all over the world.
This year there will be over 16 thousand buyers from 24 different countries, and over 1300 exhibitors, for this event that is a leader in the sector.
In this context, Italy will play a leading role.
As a leitmotif for this event dedicated to wines and spirits, our country will be in the limelight thanks to numerous events and conferences, tasting sessions and entertainments.
The largest exporter of wines in the world and the fifth in China, Italy maintains a very special relationship with Vinexpo: ‘a loyal, historic collaboration and the desire to develop trade on the foreign markets’ – as the director general of the trade show, Guillaume Deglise, confirms.
Since its first edition in 1981, Vinexpo Hong Kong has grown over the years to become a key event for the Wine&Spirits sector.
The trade show capital for the whole of Asia, Hong Kong is the meeting place between the East and the West and the favorite location of exhibitors and buyers from around the globe.
